 Baby Gage, Cousin Carsyn & Bear. These boys will grow up like cousins and best friends. Gage's Mama is like a sister to hubs and his sister and both families are very close friends. I forsee lots of touble these boys will get into together!
 This is what teething looks like in our house. Our sweet boy runs a low grade fever about a day before a tooth comes in. He cut his first tooth (bottom left) on March 12th at 9 months old.

 This is what crazy hair looks like before Mama chops it off! He now has a summer hair-do! Pics coming.

 This child is in pure bliss when he's in his bath tub. He is holding his toy turtle bath toy that is his favorite.

 This was on his 9 month birthday. Just a sweet little grin with bed head.

And last, but not least... this is the vision of a redneck baby. Sitting in a field on a blanket playing with toys. This boy would live outside if he could. He loves it.

being new home owners there are always "projects" to be done. the past few weekends as the weather has been getting nicer those projects have been outdoors. ryan usually digging, planting, pulling, weeding, mowing or sweeping and me... well, i photograph it all. it's the part i enjoy. and this last weekend as i felt i should get dirty and dig a little he consistently asked me " you want me to do that?" so i'm guessing i either looked way out of my element or i wasn't doing it "right". i'll stick to the photographs or maybe i'll sleep in next time. :) i enjoy my role. our herbs are begining to sprout this week. we're still debating on the garden. we were all go this weekend and then stopped to figure out how to get rid of the grass that is where we want the garden. when we couldn't come up with a "simple solution" we opted out of the garden and bought flowers for the front yard. now i think we have a solution so we migh

My poor husband has had a rough few weeks so I thought I'd send him a bit of encouragement via our blog. What makes me ♥ love ♥ MY Love: His willingness to help an old lady load her car in the grocery store parking lot His humor The animal lover in him The way still sticks out his lower lip when he's bummed about something That he can BBQ a tri tip steak like it's nobody's business. That he notices when I clean house He's HOT! How he calls his family often just because That he does all the vacuuming at our house That he reads the blogs I write and will compliment me on them That he rolls his eyes when I turn on HGTV, but when I'm not in the room he'll turn to it That he'll walk up to a service man or woman in uniform in public & shake their hand & thank them for their service. That he'll sacrifice a Saturday to plant flowers for my 78 yr old aunt just so she won't do it herself. That after a knock down drag out argument he will apologize
